Celebrating
imaginative people
doing the unconventional in
Napa Valley
How “Innovators” works
We seek out local trailblazers introducing fresh ideas in their industries.
Through candid conversations, we explore the ups, downs and pivots of their journeys.
And we share their inspiring stories here, to entertain and encourage our readers to dream big and think expansively about what’s possible.

Meet Priscillia
Hi there! I’m Priscillia de Muizon, creator of Innovators of the Valley.
I grew up in the countryside of St. Helena and live near downtown Napa with my husband and young son.
The pandemic inspired me to spotlight our vibrant community and the innovators who energize it. I have the joy of meeting and interviewing amazing people, and sharing their stories through my articles.
As a lifelong storyteller, I left a career in law to follow my true calling: serving others by telling their stories through Innovators of the Valley, and with my business Inkwell Story Studio.
Curious about Inkwell Story Studio?
Priscillia’s father, a French immigrant who settled in the Napa Valley in 1982, always had stories to tell.
In honor of his 80th birthday, she recorded him telling his life story and created a hardbound legacy book to share with her sisters and their families.
From this experience, Inkwell Story Studio was born, specializing in personal and family business legacy storytelling.
